Monitor your storage usage, understand plan features, and upgrade when you need more space for your growing photo collection.
Checking Your Storage Usage
Monitor your storage usage from the dashboard:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Click on "Storage" in the sidebar
- View your current usage and breakdown by file type
- See which folders are using the most space
Tip: Enable storage alerts to get notified when you're approaching your limit.
Storage Options
Free accounts start with 2 GB of secure cloud storage. After your base storage, you can purchase additional storage to expand your capacity.

Tips for Managing Storage
- Remove duplicates: Use the duplicate finder to free up space
- Archive old photos: Move rarely accessed photos to archive storage
- Empty trash: Permanently delete items in trash to reclaim space
- Review large files: Identify and manage RAW files taking up space
What Happens When Storage is Full?
When you reach your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new photos. Your existing photos remain safe and accessible. You can free up space by deleting files or purchase additional storage at any time.
