Monitor your storage usage, understand plan features, and upgrade when you need more space for your growing photo collection.
Checking Your Storage Usage
Monitor your storage usage from the dashboard:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Click on "Storage" in the sidebar
- View your current usage and breakdown by file type
- See which folders are using the most space
Storage Options
Your storage is determined by the plan you subscribe to. During your free trial you have full access to your plan's storage. After the trial, your subscription continues at the same level. You can purchase additional storage add-ons at any time to expand your capacity.

Tips for Managing Storage
- Remove duplicates: Use the duplicate finder to free up space
- Archive old photos: Move rarely accessed photos to archive storage
- Empty trash: Permanently delete items in trash to reclaim space
- Review large files: Identify and manage RAW files taking up space
What Happens When Storage is Full?
When you reach your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new photos. Your existing photos remain safe and accessible. You can free up space by deleting files or purchase additional storage at any time.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires?
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your files remain accessible for a 14-day grace period. After that, your account is moved to the free plan and all files are scheduled for permanent deletion.
We strongly recommend downloading a backup of your photos before cancelling or letting your subscription lapse. Use the bulk download option from your dashboard to export your entire collection.
